These former offices in Westhill, near Straik Road are perfect for both individual use and for groups. Over three floors, there’s a mix of small to medium sized spaces in good condition with excellent natural light and most windows also have blinds. An additional warehouse area with 5 metre high ceilings and concrete floors would suit artists and makers looking for industrial space. There is plentiful parking outside and the offices are within a short drive of Aberdeen and surrounding areas. They are also near a bus route.


We think these spaces would be suitable for supporting a wide range of art forms and creative practitioners, including musicians and performing artists.
